An evolutionary leap

The remarkable CONSPIT CPP series hydraulic pedals have long set the standard, and the new CPP EVO takes this legacy a step further — with developed design and performance to new heights.

Upgraded hydraulic system

Upgraded piston material
The aluminum piston has been upgraded to a chrome-plated 45 steel piston. The chrome plating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, minimizes deformation over time, and reduces friction — for a more consistent braking feel and longer lifespan.

Redesigned sealing system
The polyurethane seal has been replaced with a double Step-Seal structure. The combination of elastomer and PTFE glide ring provides excellent sealing performance up to 400 bar. Compared to the single seal design, wear resistance is improved, friction is reduced by ≈ 50%, resulting in smoother pedal return and finer modulation during trail braking.

New combinations with greater tuning potential

A newly developed spring + elastomer system offers wider customization options compared to CPP EVO V1, adapting to a broader spectrum of driving styles. With the highly linear stiffness characteristics of coil springs, the two-stage hydraulic feel is further enhanced: a clear contrast is created against the progressive compression curve, allowing the user to fine-tune pedal response through interchangeable sets.

Upgraded piston rod steering

The pressure piston rods of the throttle and clutch pedals have been upgraded from NBR rubber rings to extended PTFE bushings, improving axial alignment and providing smoother, more consistent pedal movement.

20 MPa high-precision hydraulic sensor

CONSPIT's 2nd generation hydraulic system features a 20 MPa high-precision sensor that registers even the slightest changes in brake pressure, enabling finely tuned braking performance. Its wide range allows professional racers to fully utilize realistic racing dynamics.

Exceptional adjustability

Designed from the perspective of professional drivers — the CPP EVO expands the boundaries of adjustability in the sim racing experience even further.

Ergonomic adjustment
Pedal distance, surface angle, panel height, and footrest position are all adjustable — for maximum comfort, whether you are applying hard braking or making precise maneuvers.

Pedal feel adjustment

• Throttle: Four levels of quick, step-by-step pedal force adjustment, with decoupled control for pedal travel and preload.
• Brake: Four levels of quick, step-by-step pedal force adjustment, with independent preload adjustment for front and rear stages.
• Clutch: Adjustable spring preload with four levels of bite-point feel.

Racing-grade CNC-machined aluminum alloy

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with a fine sandblasted and anodized finish providing a durable and robust surface.

M-DVF vibration module

Equipped with the M-DVF vibration feedback module as standard, delivering critical information often missed in sim racing.

CONSPIT continues to collaborate closely with SimHub on product development. The CPP EVO's vibration module supports SimHub ShakeIt Motors and offers extensive customization options for various conditions within SimHub.

Mounting instructions for CPP EVO

The CPP EVO can be mounted directly onto GT-Lite, FP-Lite, GT-S, aluminum profile rigs, or other similar rigs with the mounting holes on the underside. For more information, please refer to CONSPIT's official guide.

Connections for CPP EVO

The CPP EVO can be connected directly to a PC via USB cable or integrated with Ares series steering wheels via the port on the back of the Ares steering wheel base — for a more convenient and cohesive sim racing ecosystem.
