KS matrix BUS

Matrix BUS is a wired expansion module used to connect detectors to the
communication bus in the lares 4.0 control panel.
The module can be placed directly in a detector and has an input for both alarm and tamper.
It also features a controllable power output, +P, used to power detectors and
enable resetting of detectors with latching indication, such as smoke and glass break detectors.

The unit can be used in two modes: UNIVERSAL mode, where it functions as a section, or OPTEX mode, where it can
handle up to three sections depending on the connected OPTEX sensor.
Matrix BUS is compatible with the following OPTEX detectors:

BXS-R/RAM
VXS-RAM/RDAM
WXI-R/RAM
WXS-RAM/RDAM
QXI-R/RDT

Matrix BUS is powered by 13.8 volts and can handle up to 50 mA.
When a detector is connected, it can be configured either locally or remotely via Ksenia SecureWeb or Ksenia PRO App.

The unit is powered directly from the control panel's communication bus and does not require a battery.
Its compact design includes a buzzer that can be activated by the installer to
easily identify the unit in environments with multiple installed devices.
