The Density® 2400 is a high-performance fog generator designed to protect larger spaces such as offices, workshops, retail stores, and warehouses with valuable property, up to 300 m².
In just moments, it fills the space with dense, impenetrable fog that effectively stops intruders and prevents theft.
The fog is completely harmless, requires no clean-up, and is certified for use in food environments.

The unit weighs 14.7 kg and measures 477 x 286 x 143 mm. It comes in white with a robust steel casing.
It is powered by (230V) and has low energy consumption during operation (1000W during heating and only 78W in standby mode).
From a cold start, heating takes 34 minutes, while reheating after a full discharge only requires 10 minutes.
In case of power failure, a 12V - 2 Ah battery (optional) ensures continued operation.

Thanks to full connectivity with RS232, USB, WiFi (optional), it is compatible with the ActiveCloud IP card (accessory) which provides free access to the cloud platform.
APIs are available for developers.

The unit generates up to 800 m³ of fog per discharge, with a maximum firing time of 80 seconds.
With the included 1.5-liter fluid container, up to 8000 m³ of fog can be emitted over four full discharges.
The firing time is programmable, and the nozzle is adjustable for optimal dispersion.

Security features include tamper protection, low or empty fluid level alarm, and selectable inputs and outputs.
The system is equipped with four opto-isolated inputs, a PIR input with 12V, and five configurable relay outputs.
Built-in status indicators and support for external LEDs provide a clear overview, while DIP switches and a service mode ensure safe maintenance for technicians.
