The MK-2400-S2 is a robust magnetic contact for monitoring roller, sliding, and swing doors as well as other large openable structures in industrial and commercial environments.

The contact has a heavy-duty aluminum and polyamide housing that provides good mechanical strength and resistance to saltwater, making it suitable for marine environments, for example.

It is designed for surface mounting and can be driven over by vehicles with rubber wheels to a large extent without being damaged.
The connection cable is 6 meters long and is protected by a 0.5-meter metal hose for increased mechanical safety.

The MK-2400-S2 features an NC contact, IP67 rating, and a wide temperature range from -40 to +70 °C. The contact can handle up to 500 mA and 100 VDC with a maximum contact load of 6 W. It is approved according to EN 50131-2-6 Grade 2 as well as VdS and SBSC, making it a reliable solution for professional monitoring of gates and doors.
